This vid strikes such a fantastic tone! I love the way the vid works with the bright, bouncy tone of the music in its use of motion and vibrant imagery, even though the topic is in turns poingnant, menacing and exhilarating. I also love the way the vid focuses on objects and animals as equal to people, it makes Cameron a thing, but also makes things as important as people. I really enjoyed this.

I am so very glad you liked! And it was a lot of fun to try to reflect the bounce and motion of the song in the imagery. :-)

And yes, precisely, I can't see "persons" and "non-persons" being a particularly interesting or even meaningful distinction to her. ("Actors" and "non-actors" would be more relevant.) And with those coltan origins of hers, she's not going to see a big distinction between "things" and "life," either. It's all just one great big continuum there, with one end being a lot more interesting than the other, sure, but not so many qualitative distinctions along the way.
