FIRST: This is your official reminder that the deadline for vids is about a month away, on May 5. Plenty of time, but note that day. Treats (which can be made by anyone even if you're not signed up!) will be due May 12, which is the tentative go live day for the vids, assuming that everyone has a vid by then. (That day might change if we have to get pinch hitters or, um, if it takes me longer than I think to upload all the vids). I'll include it if I get it by the time I post everything, but it'd be ideal to get the treats to me by May 11, so I can upload them and have everything ready on the 12 (but if you're working on something down to the wire, let me know and I can probably wait for you).

If it gets close to the deadline and you're not quite done but need an extension or something, let me know and we'll figure something out. I don't want you to have to drop out because you might be a couple days late!

If you won't be able to finish your vid and need to drop out, please drop me a line and let me know. You don't need to give me a reason or anything, just please let me know so a pinch hitter can be found.

SECOND: Here is the submission template. When you are ready to submit your vid(s), copy and paste this template into an email to tsccvidexchange[at]gmail[dot]com, and fill in the relevant information for your vid. Please EMAIL all vids to this address so I can keep track of them.

I will remove vidder information for the anonymous posts, and edit it back in when vidders are revealed. Please include the song title and artist in the "Music" section (or a description of the audio if you're not using a song). You can use the "Notes" section for content notes or warnings if you want to include them, or any other information you want to include. I'd recommend waiting until reveals to thank betas, since that might give clues to your identity.

Your unsigned vid link should be a download link to a vid that DOES NOT reveal your identity as the vidder. I will upload these vids to a streaming service (probably Vimeo, much as I dislike them, because it's easy to keep the vids password protected on that service). I will post streaming for each anonymous vid in a post to the comm, as well as a masterlist of all the vids. Only streaming embeds will be available for the unsigned vids. (If you'd prefer, you can also upload your vid to an anonymous account on a different streaming service, and send me that embed info. Just make sure it's actually anonymous, i.e. not your regular streaming account).

Your signed vid link should be the link you want the comm to link to after vidder names are revealed. It can be a post on your journal (which you should privatize, send me the link to, and then make public after reveals), a link to the vid on your website, a download link to a vid that includes you as the vidder, whatever link you want. If you don't submit a signed vid link, I will leave the unsigned vid up. Let me know if you have questions!
